Director of Learning Design & Innovation
About Keep Company
Keep Company is on a mission to make human connection an intentional, scalable asset in every workplace. As a venture-backed SaaS platform recognized by Techstars, Forbes, and SHRM, we combine technology with coaching and mentoring to deliver transformative employee experiences at leading professional services organizations. At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how we work, Keep Company is rebuilding the human layer of work, because we believe human intelligence - connection, discernment, and trust - is the most important capability organizations can invest in to strengthen culture, retention, and performance in the moments that matter most.
The Role
Keep Company is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Learning Design & Innovation. Reporting to our Co-founder & President, this person will shape what our programs and learning experiences look and feel like - and be the trusted voice in the room when our clients are ready to do something different. This is not a curriculum maintenance job. You’ll be the creative and intellectual engine behind how Keep Company designs, evolves, and delivers learning experiences that actually stick. You’ll work directly with clients at the leadership level, shape our product from the inside, and help push the field forward. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation in human-centered learning- developing dynamic programs, experimenting with emerging learning modalities, and guiding our clients toward cultures of engagement, empathy, and high performance.
Responsibilities
Design Next-Generation Learning That Actually Works:
- Lead the design and evolution of Keep Company’s curriculum, building learning journeys that cultivate leadership, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and well-being at every career stage
- Blend multiple learning formats: Live workshops, peer learning, microlearning, digital experiences, and coaching - always in service of lasting impact and evidence-based
- Apply adult learning principles and behavioral science to design content that resonates and drives lasting impact
- Continuously gather and analyze insights to refine programs and measure results in engagement, retention, and growth
Be the Trusted Advisor in the Room:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm and professional services leaders on learning strategy, employee engagement, and talent development - not as a vendor, but as a genuine thought partner
- Facilitate sessions, retreats, and leadership labs that foster connection, insight, and growth
- Represent Keep Company in client and industry conversations with the credibility and presence that opens doors and deepens relationships
Champion Relationship-Based Development:
- Advance Keep Company’s core philosophy: that the most powerful learning happens through human connection, not content consumption
- Mentor facilitators and partners in delivering engaging, trust-based learning experiences - raising the bar on what a great learning experience looks and feels like
What You Bring
Required Experience
- 10+ years in learning, talent, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in law firm or professional services environments. You know how these organizations think, what earns credibility with their leaders and where the real friction lives
- Expertise in human and leadership capability development, employee engagement, and relationship-based learning with a proven track record designing impactful programs using diverse learning modalities
Nice To Have
- Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
